  Rajadhiraja [king of kings]: Epithet of king Jayavarman VII.  
  Ramayana ( in Khmer Reamker) (Sanskrit, रामायण) [ayana= going advancing: Rama's journey]: An ancient Sanskrit epic attributed to the Hindu sage Valmiki and an important part of the Hindu canon. The main body of the Ramayana first appeared as an oral composition somewhere between 750 to 500 B.C.  
  Reamker: A Cambodian epic poem based on Ramayana's epic. It was written in the 17th or 16th century. It changes the Hindu ideas to Buddhist ideas and shows the balance of good and evil in the world.  
  Rudhra Granthi [Rudhra= the howling one]: 1.Shiva in the destroying aspect. 2.Rudhra is the Vedic God of dissolution of the cosmos. 3.Within the sushumna there are three granthis or psychic/pranic knots which prevent the passage of kundalini shakti. The third granthi is located in ajnachakra. It is called rudhra granthi.
