Harihara: A syncretic deity combining the two major gods Vishnu (Hari) and Shiva (Hara) from the Hindu tradition to denote the unity of Vishnu and Shiva as different aspects of the same Supreme God.
Hevajra: One of the main deities in tantric Varjravana-Buddhism. He is represented with eight heads, sixteen arms and dances on one leg.
Hinayana (Sanskrit, हीनयान) [low vehicle]): In contrary to Mahayana [great vehicle], the second main stream in Buddhist doctrines, the main aspect of Hinayana can be found in solvation by the past life. On the other hand Mahajana proclaims the solvation by beliefs and good deeds.
