  Cakravartin (Sanskrit, चक्रवर्तिन) [who holds the moving wheel]: An ideal universal ruler who rules ethically and benevolently over the entire world.  
  Caturbhuja [the four-armed]: Usually used in reference to Vishnu.  
  Chakra [cakra] (Sanskrit, चक्र): Centre of energy.Wheel or disk. Mostly attribute or weapon of Vishnu.
